This Privacy Policy applies to the FocusCells app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created as a free service, with no in-app purchases or advertisements. This service is provided “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require you to create an account, and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your gameplay history, streak progress, and app preferences (such as theme and language) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the developer.

The Application does use third-party services that may collect anonymized, non-identifying information to help provide analytics and crash reporting. Links to the privacy policies of these services:

Analytics

The Application uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which games are played, streaks reached, and settings changed. This data is anonymized and is not linked to your identity.

You can turn this off at any time from Settings → Share Usage Data. Turning it off stops all analytics collection immediately.

Log Data and Crash Reporting

If the Application encounters an error, Firebase Crashlytics may collect diagnostic information to help us fix it — such as device model, operating system version, app version, and the crash’s stack trace. This is used only to identify and resolve bugs.

Google Play In-App Review

At certain points, the Application may ask you — using Google Play’s own built-in review prompt — to rate the app. This uses Google Play Services and does not share any additional personal information.

Security

Locally stored data (such as your game history) is encrypted on your device. We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
